About This Project
Witch Topokki began as a creative concept to introduce an All You Can Eat Tteokbokki experience to New York City, inspired by Korea’s popular “Dookki Tteokbokki.” The founders wanted to adapt the Korean-style dining experience to local American ingredients while keeping its authentic, fun spirit alive. From the early stage, Innocater worked closely with the client to define the brand identity — modern, playful, and appealing to young customers in their 20s.
Our team led the entire branding process, from concept development and logo design to store visuals and digital assets, ensuring the brand stood out in the competitive NYC food scene. We emphasized a bold visual language with a mystical, “witchy” twist to reflect the brand name and create memorable touchpoints throughout the customer journey.
The project launched successfully, gaining strong traction through our early-stage marketing strategy targeting the Korean food trend in the U.S. After establishing a solid brand presence, we transitioned marketing operations to the client team, enabling them to continue growing independently. Today, Witch Topokki has expanded to Manhattan, becoming a rising name in the Korean street food dining scene.
