About This Project
For nearly two years, Innocater partnered with Bobaking USA to lead their online marketing strategy and creative direction. From the grand opening of their first stores near the University of Pennsylvania and Drexel University, our goal was to connect Bobaking’s youthful, energetic brand identity with the vibrant student community.
We began by identifying Bobaking’s strongest story — their freshly handmade boba pearls, crafted in-store every day for a unique, chewy texture that sets them apart from competitors. Through engaging social media content, photography, and promotional campaigns, we highlighted this craftsmanship as the heart of their brand.
Our team managed content planning, ad campaigns, and seasonal promotions throughout the year to consistently boost visibility and engagement. From viral Reels to local campus events, every creative touchpoint was designed to make Bobaking not just a bubble tea shop, but a lifestyle brand loved by the next generation.
